Who we are...

Professor Hayo Reinders (Director of HLI) is a passionate advocate for home language and culture preservation. He serves as TESOL professor and Director of Research at Anaheim University and is Professor of Applied Linguistics at KMUTT in Thailand.

With a background in technology and education, Dr. Amy Erenay (Director of HLI) is dedicated to utilizing innovative tools and strategies to support language learning in the digital age. She is also an experienced univer-sity lecturer who coaches teachers working with English learners in Southern California.
